HOW WOULD MY CHILD GET INVOLVED
FamilyYou or your child can have an interest and simply request a permission form. Your child can also be referred to SAP from the school for behavioral issues. Before attending a SAP group a parent or guardian must complete a permission form.
 
Your knowledge and thoughts about your child are essential.

You can be trained to lead a group of students ! The commitment is about 60 minutes a week.

 

SUPPORT A CHILD - DONATE !

$80.00, Covers the cost of one child in a SAP Group for one session (8 weeks).  Make a donation here.

 

Contributions to SAP

The Student Assistance Program, under the HCHF umbrella, qualify for an Arizona State Tax Credit.  Submit a tax credit contribution here.

 

SAP is funded by Havasu Community Health Foundation, Lake Havasu Unified School District, and River Cities United Way.
