Jolene Jensen, Director
I am a volunteer at the Havasu Community Health Foundation office and a committee member of the Cancer Association of Havasu since 2016.  I was recently voted in as the new 2017 director of the Cancer Association.  In 2013 I was diagnosed with breast cancer and have been a survivor since.  I will bring that personal experience to my work with the Cancer Association.  My goal is to continue the great programs offered by the Cancer Association and maybe create some new ones!

I retired after 25 years from Aetna Healthcare in Seattle Washington. My husband Mark & I were then able to follow my “snowbird” parents to Lake Havasu City where we fell in love with the community & weather.
We bought and ran the local TV station “TV45” for 12 years.

I am very proud of my 37 year marriage to Mark, up to his passing in 2012.

I am also a member of the Parrot Head Club, American Legion Auxiliary, VFW Auxiliary and Havasu Regional Medical Center Auxiliary.

I love to keep busy, travel and take care of my 3 year old German Shepherd “Rocky”.

I look forward to serving as director and continuing fundraising efforts, providing low-cost cancer screenings, and support to cancer survivors in Lake Havasu City! This is a great foundation and I’m proud to be included as part of the team that helps this community.
