Community CPR Classes  Offered by Havasu Regional Medical Center

You are encouraged to attend ONE of the sessions to learn Hands-Only CPR and the signs and symptoms of a heart attack.  Held at the HRMC Learning Centre, 1785 McCulloch Blvd. (across from K-Mart and next to Havasu Surgery Center, entrance in the back).  This course is FREE to the communityThis is not a card-earning course.  Monthly Meetings, 6 pm to 7 pm: Days vary, see attached flyer. . Nar-Anon Family Group, Serenity on the Lake meets Wednesdays at 7:00 pm at 2041 Swanson Ave, the Alano Club. The group gives hope and help for family and friends of addicts.


Life after loss, a 6-week support group led by Hospice of Havasu. It is designed to help those who are going through a time of sorrow. Group participants will be provided with the tools to help make their grieving process a healthier experience. Meetings are Mondays from 4:30 pm through 6:30 pm starting October 22 to November 26.
